6. Information Products
Digital guides, tutorials, and software access are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or business purposes.
7. Purchase of Goods
Physical devices and accessories are subject to availability. Ownership of goods passes to you upon shipment. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession.
8. Fees and Billing
All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout. Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards and other electronic options. You agree to pay all charges applicable to your order.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Goods
You may return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team via Contact Form. Approved returns will be refunded through the original payment method or issued as store credit, at your choice. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
9.2 Information Products
If a digital product is defective or inaccessible, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After verification, we will refund the full amount using the original payment method. Custom digital services or licensed software subscriptions are non-transferable but may be exchanged for an equivalent offering.
9.3 Services
Service fees are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Alternatively, you may transfer the appointment to another date at no extra cost, subject to availability.
9.4 Non-Refundable Services
Custom system designs and on-site emergency support are non-refundable due to the specialized nature and immediate allocation of resources. We ensure high-quality delivery and encourage you to discuss requirements before ordering.
10. Cancellation and Transfer
To cancel or reschedule services, submit your request through Contact Form. Requests made with sufficient notice may be transferred without penalty.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartAllBox and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Geneva.
